Great purge of 2012

I am going to delete these pieces from my HF gallery and this blog:

I drew the before I realised that stupid polish laws forbid drawing sexualised violence... Stupid law but I have to obey. Should have deleted these a long time ago.

So if you like them you can save them or whatever

Eh.

  1. Noooo...the Dark Elf ones were my favourites... I assume you've looked into all the options but I don't quite get why. There's plenty of RL BDSM porn, hell, I've seen stuff that makes that look tame.

    1. Forgot to mention that it's because damn polish laws forbid drawing unconsensual sex. We can't have those fictional characters getting hurt, can we now!

My stupid country is 95% christian and we have a lot of stupid laws regarding porn. Drawn or not.

    2. So, non-consensual sex is forbidden, but what about BDSM between willing parties? Just curious.

      Delete
    3. I think that's ok if you clearly show it's consensual. But the laws are written in such broad terms that it could be interpreted as propagating violence either way -_-. I know of one couple that was prosecuted for selling a video of some consensual whipping. Even after they both said that there was no foul play of any kind. There is next to no chance that I could get in any trouble because of this, but I just want to be sure.

    4. Well, I guess you would know if you could argue it in court in your own country or not*, but there is a big difference between consensual BDSM and rape...I could go off on a rant about consensual violence being fine as long as it's 2+ people beating the crap out of each other on a sports field or in a ring, but move it into the bedroom and suddenly "oooh no, that's terrible we have to protect them from themselves"...no, must...not...rant.

Right...now I'm going to have to go and cry...with my eyes...not my penis.

*and I guess hosting outside your country doesn't work?

    5. I think I could argue it and win, but going to court would mean legal fees, and a lot of stress and troulbe. And of course a possibility that I would get a really conservative judge and then I am fucked. I just don't want to deal with that.

    6. Yeah, the law's protection is there for those who can afford it...

  2. This is the problem with governments: they come up with very stupid and backward-thinking laws that don't help anybody and protect them from nothing. Who does art such as that hurt? Nobody. Governments need to learn the difference between protecting and oppressing their people.

  3. Laws like these are part of the reason I would like to see organized religion abolished and banned. If they want to practice religion in their own home, great. However, no one including their own children should have to accept ideologies they feel are wrong or serve no purpose. The fact is laws like this exist for one and only one reason, religious witch hunts. They have fought scientific, medical and social advances every single step of the way. Almost every atrocity in the history of mankind has been the result of organized religion. Would we still have rape/murder/theft/etc without religion? Sure. On a smaller scale and on a more personal level. What you wouldn't have is an army of sheeple fighting in causes they are told to fight for simply "because" some conservative has an axe to grind. You wouldn't have people blowing themselves up and thinking they will be rewarded in the after life which is essentially the sacrifice all religions call for even if they don't have you physically blowing yourself up.

It's a shame that in this day and age we STILL don't have freedom and still let these ancient relics of days long past control our lives. The conservatives can argue "they don't support limiting freedoms" all they want but at the end of the day they are the ones voting for this stuff. We are at the point that religion is no longer needed to control people to keep them from destroying themselves. We can have ethics, morality, peace and freedom without some magical sky father telling us what to do. I apologize for the wall of text and I am sorry you won't be able to fully express yourself anymore out of fear of legal BS.

I love your art and look forward to following it no matter what you draw.

    1. So... a few nutjobs means the entire thing should be ruined? Cause you are basically saying that as I see it. "The few extreme nutjobs means ALL are that bad, therefore must get kicked out." You know, I've heard about Aetheists who look at Christians, and go "Man, the way the Bible says you should live your life is actually rather good. It's a pity that more Christians don't actually behave like that."

I mean, I agree with seperating Religion and Government, but banning all organized religion?

*Fun fact*: Suicide bombers? They aren't even muslim. Their actual religious rules ban acts of terrorism.

These laws could be around and have zero basis in religion, what would you say then? Pity incase feels like he has to take down those pieces yes, but it's his choice.

    2. Ok, let's get this out of the way first. Faith is illogical and irrational. Despite this I am NOT saying the concept of faith should be banned. This isn't some agenda to force people to think like I do, it's merely an observation that freedom/democracy can't co-exist with organized religion. Mainly because those organized religions will use non-religious avenues in which to force religious ideals. Have I met atheists, agnostics, buddhists and wiccans who disagree with my code of ethics/morality? Yes. Do they try to force THEIR faith on me? No. They don't have religious leaders shoving things down their throat though.

      The fact of the matter is most organized religion is set up in such a way that it tells you to NEVER question your parents, religious leaders or elders. This creates children not willing to speak up when they are incestually raped or raped by priests. This creates a mentality that you should never question what is said even if you feel it's in direct opposition to the religious scripture itself. Which brings me to;

"Their actual religious rules ban acts of terrorism."

So long as people don't practice religion on a personal level they will do what their religious communities and leaders demand of them. Even if it's wrong, immoral or blasphemous. History CLEARLY shows that. Would all our problems disappear over night with the banning of organized religion? Of course not. It would stop people from being indoctrinated and forced to vote for things they don't believe in personally though. Think about racism and the KKK, how they intimidated people to believe what they did.

People were so afraid of being called "n word lovers" that they acted racist just to avoid backlash. The same happens with organized religion every day when it comes to abortion rights, gay rights, pornography, artistic nudity, stem cell research and many other things. You may find Christians who think a woman should have the right of abortion but will they actually fight for it? No. They will keep quiet and follow their religious leaders.

"These laws could be around and have zero basis in religion, what would you say then?"
I suggest you study history a little more before you argue in favor of something. The vast majority of victimless crime laws are the direct result of organized religious attacks on our freedoms.

    3. > Atheist trying to be a total hardass on a random porn blog, using very questionable logic

      Seems legit.

      Delete
    4. >questionable logic = pointing out historical data
Do I really need to quote every single source and book on the subject to prove to some guy on the internet he is full of crap when he claims it's "just a few nut jobs" responsible for this stuff? Really?

I also love how you jumped to the assumption I was an atheist when in fact I believe in God. The difference is I keep my belief personal and don't try to force it on others. As someone who grew up in a very religious household and community I KNOW what they are like. I used to be one of them fag hating, women should be subservient believing and "your going to hell!" spouting types. I know just how brainwashed and intolerant people can get under the iron fist of organized religion.

One day I realized just how ridiculous it all was. I started speaking up and trying to get the community to be more accepting and focus on good deeds rather than spewing hate. This turned me into a social outcast, my family despises me, friends all abandoned me and I had to move. I still get death threats even now from some of those people. Others harass me because they are "worried for my soul" but hey, at least they aren't threatening to kill me! How Christian of them.

You can sit there believing what you want but the historical data and the actions of these millions strong organizations show the facts. I'm done with this argument because it's clear you have no intentions on debating facts or even theories. You just want to troll and say "lolurwrong".

    5. A: Last I checked the good church I used to go to never went and forced people to attend.
B: Again, extremeists do the whole "never question a thing." You are saying that churchs make democracy not work. Um. America. Thanks.
C: It's actually true, the terrorists behind like 9/11 and such. Weren't muslim at all. Real Islamic people outright went "These guys are breaking the base rules of our beliefs."
D: Yeah, and the group you grew up with... guess what? nutjob extremes. Don't act like ever religious family acts like that. Cause they don't. I went to a church which didn't give a fucking shit if you arrived where nothing more then jeans and a t-shirt of your favorite band.
E: Oh look, lots of churchs these days are actually accepting of gays. I remember reading about a few gay pastors. same with the women being subservant. That's an outdated belief and I rarely see that anymore.
F: The group you describe as kicking you out is again, extremists. Not actual Christians.
Also, frankly, going "Oh, because in history religion caused crusades." is one thing. To add instantly that It'll cause future crusades, and explains all the awful things these days is just utterly questionable logic.

I'm sorry you had to deal with a group of nutjob crazies, but not every church is like that. Labeling them all that way just proves you don't understand/aren't above them. Cause instead of going "There are a few bad ones, but there are also some good ones." you are going "ALL ORGANIZED RELIGION = BAD AND SHOULD BE BANNED."

Historical data is neat, but it doesn't prove the status of things today. We could talk about historical data of the southern USA, and look, today it's a far different tale.

    7. Are you seriously arguing in favor of Islam now too? You don't have to strap a bomb to your chest and blow yourself up to be a religious oppressor. Have you SEEN the state of female rights in those countries? Their own scripture and culture says it's ok for a woman to be RAPED by strangers if she doesn't wear a head scarf. She is then to be executed by her own family for causing shame to them. No one ever bothers asking if she was simply raped or if she even had a head scarf on. They just treat all women as if they are inherently wrong and if she got raped she must have been asking for it. Couldn't possibly be corrupt males at work!

Also, laws don't get passed because of fringe groups consisting of a small minority. The churches that do support gay marriage and abortion ARE THE MINORITY, not the majority. They are considered corrupted by the liberal agenda by most churchgoers. Is it possible that one day they will allow gays to have rights? Sure. At one point Christianity encouraged and outlined rules on how slaves should be treated. These rules being part of the reason the south fought so hard to keep slaves. Of course they didn't feel it was necessary to follow the rules and regularly abused their slaves. Point is...slavery was eventually considered "wrong" and the word "slave" was changed to "servant" in many Bibles.

However, we had to fight a bloody war and they still never apologized for it or admitted they were wrong. I think it's hilarious how you keep defending them when you can look as close back as 30 years ago and find huge abuses of morality based laws to attack and imprison people. Hell, there is a state nearby that regularly throws gay people in jail over the weekend for "holding hands" and "kissing in public". The judge lets them go Monday morning but it's essentially a form of harassment to discourage gay behavior in public. This is happening TODAY.

I am DONE with this argument. You are so far gone into denial it's unbelievable and outright offensive. You are so brainwashed into believing their crusade days are over when guess what pal, they aren't. Islam, the moderate Islam you seem to love so much has outright stated they wish to convert everyone through peaceful means. They want to procreate at such a pace that they take voting majority and "peacefully" convert everyone to Islam through democracy. When that happens you better believe laws will get passed to force people to adhere to their morality system.

    8. Did I say the terrorists are right? No. Did I say crusading was right? no. Do I agree with islamic beliefs? Hell no.

I am simply saying, by using them as an example to hate on all religion is like saying the man who murders somebody who looked at him funny and went "GOD TOLD ME TO." is a mainline Christian, which is false.

You see, my point with the south USA is, by saying historical data proves how things are today, down south you'll see Blacks living in shitty conditions or as slaves. Which is NOT THE FUCKING TRUTH.

As for your "churchs which accept gays are a minority." still, you say they should be banned too. So your mindset is, if that guy is a pastor, and openly accepts gays, his church should be shut down anyway.

Just food for thought for you, you seem to actively search for the BAD in religion, instead of the GOOD, or even the ACCEPTABLE. You are naturally going to find lots of bad if that's all you fucking care to find.

      Delete
    9. To add to my last comment, you claim to have been kicked out/death threated by a group for trying to see the good/do good instead of hating.

So your brilliant decision is instead of promoting the GOOD parts, and disarming the bad, is to simply dive into that hateful attitude toward every church?

I can't believe you are trying to ban all religion over a personal experiance, and using that as fact. By the way, how about you link us to these claims that the majority of churches treat women badly, and that the majority of churches openly hate gays. and that in the USA gays are abused by the law.

I can quote facts and never back them up too. that's called opinions.

    2. "treści pornograficzne związane z prezentowaniem przemocy"

Lolol? "Pornographic content, linked to depicting violence"? So, sex during a boxing match or in the WW1 trenches could also qualify :D This is so fucking broad it is not even funny.

If I were you, I would research it more. You are wise to be cautious, but since the matter touches your livelihood, I would look into how the courts actually applied the law in the past or even pay some lawyer a bit of real money to get you an opinion.

One interesting fact I noticed - the relevant article mentions "distribution" - so as long as you paint your WW1-trenches-boxing-match gang rape as a non-public commission, it ought to be cool. But, again, I would research it more.

      Delete
    3. Yeah researching it more is generally my plan. But untill I put some real research (and money ;/) into this I prefer to stay on the safe side.

After 'distribution' it also mentions a lot of other cases. 'Production' and 'holding' being two of them ;). Even if I don't show the pictures to anybody, even if I draw them with my eyes closed and never look at them I would break the law. ;)

      Delete
    4. "Production" being punishable is explicitly mentioned only in the "pedo" section (202, 4b). Bestiality and violence is covered in 202, 3 - "production with the aim of distribution".

So it seems only drawing minors is punishable even if you burn the pictures immediately after. The rest require "intent to distribute", so should be safe to draw love donkeys just for your bedroom wall. But IANAL and our prosecutors can sometimes go into full-on crusade mode, so good luck sorting this out further down the line and I wish you it always remains in the realm of theory :)

Insert http://pictures.hentai-foundry.com/i/InCase/[insert page number].jpg for example will get you whatever picture Incase removed. changing the extension will only work if the specified image has a different extension ie. jpeg/gif/png/swf.
