Appearently she is a character from animated series "Batman Beyound". I think I remember her vageuly. Anyway, I really like her design and colour scheme. Blue boobies.
Only appeared in one or two episodes, didn't say much. I always thought the blue was just a skintight suit or something. Batman Beyond was oh so good...
