A bit of feedback, Incase: because this is a pic where she is looking straight at the camera (your faces are usually tilted a bit more away in some direction) you can't notice it, but a lot of your faces come out looking pretty much the same. Try to work on some distinguishing facial details that aren't obvious, some subtle stuff. I feel some of your drawing lack personality because the faces all look the same to me.
However, you are still a fantastic artist and I will continue to follow your work either way.
